J. Otto Seibold visits in October!

Author and Illustrator J. Otto Seibold will be here on October 26th at 1pm for a reading and signing of his newest book, Vunce Upon a Time. J. Otto Seibold is best known for his Christmas picture book favorite, Olive, the Other Reindeer.

Splash the Seal is having a bad day. He doesn’t feel like playing. He doesn’t feel like doing ANYTHING. Splash feels blue. Will he EVER bounce back? In Splash!: A Little Book About Bouncing Back, a warm and wonderfully illustrated reminder that hope is always on the horizon, San Francisco children’s book author Maria van Lieshout creates the perfect pick-me-up for anyone struggling to bounce back. Please join us at 1:00 pm for this special story time event. ­ Kids can even bring their parents!

Dagmar is not like other vampires. He's shy. He's afraid of humans and... he's a vegetarian! But even more than vegetables, Dagmar loves candy! Vunce Upon a Time is the wonderful new book from J. Otto Seibold, author & illustrator of the Olive the Other Reindeer and other children's classics. Please join us at 1:00 pm for this special, not-too-spooky, pre-Halloween Sunday story time event. We'll have special prizes for kids in attendence and a fun activity. Wear your Halloween costumes!

Finnigin is never seen without his eating stool, his eating spoon, and his gigantic eating mouth.When Finnigin finds himself in a new town on Halloween, he hopes to join a great feast with the creatures who live there. But not a body or soul will share any of their food with the ever-famished Finnigin. So what's a hungry skeleton to do? Armed only with his wits and a special ingredient, will Finnigin be able to stir up a cauldron's worth of Halloween magic? Join us for Bone Soup at Sunday 19th, 11:00 am.
